Find an article in a periodical or on the Internet that interests you. After reading it, summarize what you found and
why it interested you in a paragraph.
Format the paragraph as follows:
a.
Center
the title of the article at the top of the page. Use a Heading Font with 14
point size for the title only.
b.
Use
a Body Font with 12 point size for the rest of the summary.
c.
Use
1.5 spacing for the summary.
d.
Set
the margins at 1.5” left, right, top and bottom.
e.
Place
your name (left justified) and the date (right justified) in the document header.
f.
If
you use a periodical, include the periodical name underlined, the article title
in quotes, the date and page it was located on in the periodical as the first
sentence in the summary. If you use a
web site, include the web site address in the first sentence – make sure you
turn off the hyperlink.
g.
Spell
check your document.
