Part 3 - 25 points - Case 1 pg XP63 

o   Use the data disk you created when you worked through the Managing Your Files Chapter.

o   In the Appendix A/Managing Your Files XP/Case1 folder, create two folders: Invoices and Painting Class.

o   Move the Invoice Jan, Invoice Feb and Invoice March files from the Case 1 folder to the Invoices folder.

o   Rename the three files in the Invoices folder to remove “Invoice” from each name.

o   Move the 3 Word documents from the Case 1 folder to the Painting Class folder.  Rename the 3 documents, using shorter but still descriptive names.

o   Copy the remaining files to the Painting Class folder.

o   Using My Computer, switch to Details view and then answer the following questions:

a.       What is the name of the largest file in the Painting Class folder?__________

b.      How many files (don’t count folders) are in the Case1 folder(do not include files in the subfolders)? _____

c.       How many Word documents are in the Case1 folder and its subfolders? _____

d.      How many files in the Painting Class folder are JPEG images?(Hint: Look in the Type column to identify JPEG images.) ________
