PLEASE NOTE -- It is imperative that you pre-register for all classes you want to attend! Failure to do so can result in the class being cancelled for low enrollment, failure of the instructor to bring enough materials for all students who arrive, or refusal to allow you to take the class in situations where enrollment is limited. PLEASE let us know you're planning to attend!
Officers and Training Coordinators:
To pre-register for a class, or to pre-register multiple officers for one or multiple classes, please send an e-mail to etpa@kilgore.edu with the following information:
student's name / students' names
student's sponsoring agency
student's (or agency's) daytime phone number
name of class(es) requested
date(s) and location(s) of the class(es) as shown on the web page
instructor for the class(es)
Agency administrators are encouraged to register as many officers as possible for classes using only one e-mail message.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registrant once his or her name has been placed on the class roster. If you do not receive a response within one week, please call 903-983-8663. Please note that your spot in any class is not assured until you receive a response from us. Thanks for your help!
