Basic Peace Officer Course application packet form

Thank you for your interest in the East Texas Police Academy's Basic Peace Officer Course!  Please answer the following questions in an e-mail to etpa@kilgore.cc.tx.us so that we may provide you with the necessary information and forms to register for a BPOC or NBPOC: 

• Name
• Mailing Address: Street, City, State, and ZIP
• daytime phone number where you may be reached during business hours
• Sponsoring Agency (if applicable)
• Class in which you're interested (BPOC or NBPOC; location and academy number as listed on the schedule page -- i.e., daytime Kilgore 231)
• e-mail address
• method of delivery: by e-mail in Word format, via the USPS, or by stopping by our office to pick up in person
