Welcome to class!
This course will introduce the principles of fundamental economics with an emphasis on microeconomics models.  This course is designed to provide the student a basic understanding of microeconomic theory, including economic analysis techniques.

Because learning is an interactive process, questions and discussion are encouraged.  Courtesy and good manners are expected of you at all times.  You are expected to check into class at least twice each week and post to the Discussion Board at least once each week.

If you have difficulty with the material, ASK QUESTIONS!  Do not assume you will catch on.

*A Chatroom in WebCT has been designated as Office. I will be available there (simply sign on), by phone or face to face.

How to logon:

This online course uses a web-based course management system called WebCT.  I highly recommend that you print the instructions for logging on if you have not used WebCT software before.

Your WebCT account will automatically be set up for you during the first week of class.  *You do not need to create your own user id!!  Directions for accessing your WebCT account are available on the Resources page of this web site.
